Microsoft’s latest Windows 10 19H1 Skip Ahead Build 18234 released to Windows Insiders comes with a bunch of minor updates and fixes. It also comes added with support for Ink in To-Do and Sticky Notes 3.0.
As part of this feature release update, Microsoft today added dark theme support for File Explorer as well as improvements to the Snip & Sketch (formerly knows as Screen Sketch).
With this recently flighted version 10.1807.2286.0, the “New” button is now working. It also now includes a highly requested “delay snip” feature. Open the app, and click on the chevron next to the New button to reveal options such as “Snip now”, “Snip in 3 seconds”, and “Snip in 10 seconds”.
If the app is open or pinned, a simple right-click on the app icon in the taskbar will also get these options, because it’s already added to the jump list.

Microsoft also added few new features in a number of apps, like the latest version of the Microsoft To-Do app now includes handwritten input (inking) support. for the seamless capture of tasks.
The latest Sticky Notes version 3.0 adds a number of new features, including the ability to sync notes across devices in the 19H1.

That’s not all, Microsoft also has removed some features in today’s 19J1 test build based on the feedback —– such as XAML shadows, as is the acrylic from some popup controls, and the ability to naming tabs set aside in Microsoft Edge. The performance visualizations feature in the game bar is also taken offline for now.
The company noted they will evaluate these feature and will bring back in a future flight.

In addition to 19H1 build, Microsoft also released a Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17754 (RS5) to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring alongside a new Windows 10 Preview SDK Build 17749 to be used in conjunction with Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17749 or greater.
The Preview SDK Build 17749 contains bug fixes and under development changes to the API surface area.
