At San Jose, Monday, Apple along side iOS 11, macOS High Sierra, iPad Pro, iMac Pro and Macbook Pro also previewed watchOS 4, that feature new proactive Siri watch face, that displays most relevan information throughout the day, personalized Activity coaching and an entirely new music experience.
The update features an enhanced Workout app and introduces GymKit, a groundbreaking technology platform that will offer customers connected workouts with cardio equipment. “Apple Watch is the ultimate device for a healthy life and is now more intelligent than ever with watchOS 4….with smartest Activity and Workout apps….,” said Jeff Williams.
Apple Watch now available in two different case sizes, 38mm and 42mm, comes with new Siri watch face now surfaces dynamically updated information based on time of day, daily routines and pertinent data from apps such as Activity, Alarms, Breathe, Calendar, Maps, Reminders and Wallet, as well as headlines from new Apple News app.
Activity app, every morning will send personalized notification if a users is clode to earning an achievement, or suggestions to match past day’s activity levels, and towards the end of day, will also suggest exactly how long they should walk to close Activity Rings. and finally users will also receive unique monthly challenges designed for just them.

Apple has also updated its Workout app to now include auto-sets for pool swim workouts and new motion and heart rate algorithms for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts.
Customers, who do back-to-back workouts or a triathlon training can now combine multiple workouts to capture overall calorie and time measurements.
And, with GymKit, just a tab will soon pair cardio equipment with Apple Watch directly to treadmills, ellipticals, indoor bikes or stair steppers from global manufacturers such as Life Fitness and Technogym — so the data including calories, distance, speed, floors climbed, incline and pace — between smartwatch and fitness machine will sync seamlessly for most accurate measurements.
Apple is also making it possible for watch users to now make and receive person to person payments with Apple Pay within Messages or using Siri — just like iPhone and iPad Pro.
In addition, new Toy Story watch faces and bands for summer are made available with watchOS 4.
watchOS 4, this fall will be available to Apple Watch paired with iPhone 5s and later on iOS 11. While the WatchKit for watchOS 4 is immediately available for iOS Developer Program at developer.apple.com.
Customers who buy Apple Watch from Apple will be offered free Personal Setup, in-store or online, to help set up and personalize their new Apple Watch with calendars, notifications, apps and more.
