Customer Match in AdWords makes it easier for advertiser to connect with their most valuable customers at the exact moment by targeting them as they search on Google, or YouTube or through promotions in Gmail.
Helping advertisers to more efficiently manage their Customer Match list, Google is rolling out more flexibility in reaching out to customers with the options to now add or remove specific email addresses from their active newletter subscribers list.
it’s also now possible to even replace entire list “without having to create a new one”—all via the new upload service that Google have created, along with new partners to help you get started with Customer Match.
The options are now available from the edit window for existing lists in the Audiences section of the Shared Library.
The new partners such as Merkle, Sailthru, LiveRamp, PMG, Neustar, Epsilon and others are enrolled to help in uploading. Some of these partners, Google said “will help in expanding customer lists and match rates, too.”
Additionally, Salesforce and Adobe, making it easier to upload customer lists directly from within their customer relationship management platforms.
Also, Google is planning to roll out new features for responsive ads in AdWords as it’s currently active in some accounts. To this end, Google is requiring two image sizes in some accounts, in addition to a landscape (1.91:1), Google is also asking advertisers for a square (1:1) image.
