Track Santa and his sleigh with NORAD using Google Earth, Google Maps for mobile

Tis year, Google is using Google Earth API plug-in, to embed NORAD Tracks Santa Google Earth experience – replete with terrain relief, 3D buildings, and tilt-pan-rotate-zoom navigation – into a page on NORAD Tracks Santa site. Google Earth browser plugin offers a couple of tantalizing advantages over client-based experience. To visualize Santa in Google Earth, just click “Track Santa in Google Earth” and you’ll see St. Nick flying through Google Earth in your browser. Track Santa On Your Mobile Phone: You can find Santa on your mobile device too, by visiting m.noradsanta.org, or searching for “Santa” on Google Maps for Mobile, available for most mobile phones.

Santa’s location will also be updated on Twitter and you can keep up with news about Santa’s flight with real-time search feature.

To track Santa, visit www.noradsanta.org starting at 2am ET on Christmas Eve.

Dallas/Fort Worth Airport is offering a Santa traking tool:

There, you’ll see a Google Map that’ll display Santa’s location over course of the day.

NORAD also provides Santa tracking for those on Facebook, though a Facebook fan page:

Finally, you can also subscribe NORAD Tracks Santa YouTube channel, which’ll contain videos of many of his stops around the world, all captured by NORAD’s Santa Cam network.

MSN is also providing a Santa tracker plotted through Bing Maps.
