Speed up your site with Google Analytics asynchronous tracking code and AdSense optimized ads

In continuation to our post about Google Websearch team’s announcement that “site speed” effects site’s ranking in Google search results, and the tools mentioned there in. “Here’e some more tools & tips to get your site faster: “First change your sites traditional Google Analytics code with Google Analytics asynchronous tracking code, which has a faster load time and can improve site speed, especially on rich-media or script-heavy pages,” notes Google. You can read up on how to implement asynchronous snippet on Google Code site, or migration examples. “AdSense is built to load ads quickly so there’s no need to change your AdSense setup. Even so, we are working to speed up our ads products further. You can also enable compression for your site, enabling caching of images, JavaScript, and CSS, and minimizing the size of your JavaScript with Closure Tools,” explain Google.
