Microsoft plans to launch a new Office 2010 SKU, known as “Office Small Business Basics 2010,” that’ll be targeted primarily at users in selected emerging markets. Small Business Basics SKU includes Word, Excel, Outlook and OneNote.
The three primary Office 2010 SKUs are Home and Student, Home and Business and Professional. (There are also Office 2010 Standard, Professional Plus and Starter SKUs, as well, but they’re secondary, in terms of Microsoft’s Office 2010 marketing push.)
The “Mondo” edition is likely the one that Microsoft provides to its OEM partners that’s a roll-up of all SKUs (as has been the case with previous versions of Office.) There’s also an Office Personal 2010 SKU listed.
