It seems to be all systems go at Eidos, who having in recent weeks revealed a number of their titles on Steam, then landed a Majesco publishing deal, will now publish Ninja Gaiden Sigma on the PlayStation 3 this summer.
Sigma promises to be a buffed-up rendition of Ninja Gaiden: Black from the Xbox, and will be bolstered by improved graphics, animation, settings, et al. 60fps visuals and support for 720p resolution will also improve the title aesthetically.
“This is a really exciting opportunity for SCi and Tecmo,” commented Jane Cavanagh, SCi/Eidos CEO. “Ninja Gaiden is one of the most respected game franchises around and now we have the opportunity to bring Ninja Gaiden Sigma to PS3 consumers throughout Europe.”
