A new Microsoft Surface video advert aired is focused on Surface RT, and it makes the point “that Surface, regardless of RT or Pro, is incredibly versatile.”
“Generally speaking, people have talked about how they love that Surface is really the world’s first productivity tablet. It’s a tablet, of course, with beautiful design, great feel, and lots more.”
“But what makes it truly different is that you can also do your work – because of Office, because of the iconic click-in keyboards and Surface kickstand, and because it has ports – for when you need to share a file via USB, get pictures from the camera, add more storage with SD, or plug into a screen,” Mirosoft Surface team writes.
Additionally, Microsoft also announced of expanding the number of markets where Surface Pro and Surface RT will be available.
Here is the new schedule:
- May 17 (France),
- May 23 (United Kingdom),
- May 30 (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland),
- and May 31 (Germany).
Update 05/20: Microsoft Windows Phone UK published a new television advertisement highlights one of the great features of Windows Phone: Kid’s Corner.
The ad has a kid asking all sorts of questions until, finally, his parents get him in front a Lumia so they can get some peace and quiet.
“”Kid’s Corner” allows parents to set up a closed sandbox parallel to everything else that’s on the phone, so kids can play and access only the apps destined for them. It helps to keep your kids out of your e-mail, phonebook or, more importantly, the Windows Phone Store so they can’t accidentally buy apps.”
Here is another video, a concept for Windows Mobile 7 platform that Microsoft dumped.
