Microsoft Surface strategic partner nsquared created a Surface apps for the Shanghai Expo. The three apps built for Ness Botanic Gardens and Liverpool University are designed to enable groups of visitors to simultaneously explore history of Ness Gardens. Ness Botanic gardens app also demonstrate the benefits of multi-user table-top computing on Surface.
“First app draws visitors into gardens with beautiful pictures of Botanic Gardens and rare plants. Visitors can then explore the most important dates in history of Ness Gardens. And, the last app allows visitors to explore images of five of the most important plants in Ness Gardens. Each plant species has a number of variations and participants can explore rich images of these plants.”
