Advertisers can now easily connect their multiple accounts with the new “Multi-Linking” feature launching in the Bing Ads globally over the next weeks.
The new capability that streamlines managing multiple accounts is aimed to save time for all agencies and individual advertisers managing multiple accounts in Bing Ads, as it makes it easier for you to link and manage accounts much more efficiently.
With this new simple and intuitive experience, individual advertiser need not to classify themselves as an agency to link any accounts. In addition, accounts can have up to five managing entities simultaneously, and can be unlink as well from your account.
Billing responsibility can also be moved between accounts without needing to pause the account.
Bing notes, that Multi-Linking currently don’t allow unlinking an account from the customer that originally created an account, for example a agency will remain linked to an account when it’s created by them from their own customer account.
Multi-Linking solution is helpful for agencies and multi-account advertisers in such as it let them run reports across all managed accounts, transition clients from one agency to another, manage billing information from one customer shell.
The screenshot below show all customers who have access to accounts, “unlink” options in the access section to manage customer from the account directly, and “Change who pays” option to take over billing responsibility for accounts at any time:
Lastly, Bing is soon launching another new feature “Multi-User Access,” that allows you to use a single username to access multiple Bing Ads customers.
For the next several weeks, Multi-Linking will be rolling out to all Bing Ads accounts across the world.
