Microsoft is promoting green with launching a new “paperless” billing options to all its Bing Ads advertisers. Advertisers can now opt-in receive their monthly invoices via email.
This way, “your monthly invoices will be delivered quickly where you want and when you want them,” said Bing. And, also it will help in promoting “go green” initiative as you would be receiving your monthly invoices via email.
“Monthly invoice billing is a payment option where Bing Ads extends a credit line to accrue advertising charges. Advertisers then receive a monthly invoice and pay based on the terms and conditions of your contract.”
With paperless billing in Bing Ads, you’re able to:
- Opt in to receive email invoices only or choose to have both email and postal mail delivered to you.
- Update accounts payable contacts in Bing Ads online. Add, remove or edit the contacts who should receive the email invoices.
- Be sure that you’ll receive your invoices by the second business day of each month.
Get Started With Paperless Billing
In order to start receiving paperless bill, first you need to update accounts payable contacts in Bing Ads online.
For this, just go to the Bing Ads account and from there to Billing settings page. From there, you can update accounts payable contacts, like you can add, remove or edit contacts who should receive the email invoices,
And, then select the email delivery options.
In the screenshot below, you can see “Invoice Delivery” radio buttons with selections for “Email only” or “Email and postal mail” options to choose. Also, in the screen shot you can “all accounts payable contacts with edit and remove buttons” for them:
Bing Ads advertisers can go green with new paperless billing for their monthly invoices. This way, you can “go green” and receive your monthly invoices via email.
