Microsoft is offering up more details on its would-be rival to the Apple iPhone’s app store. Developers who sell applications through Windows Marketplace for Mobile will receive 70% revenue from sales. In addition, it will charge developers $99 a year, plus $99 for each application they submit to get an app into the Windows Marketplace store. Through the end of this year, though, developers who register will be able to submit five applications at no additional charge.
