Google announced multiple accounts access and management for AdWords.
Now, instead of using different email for managing multiple AdWords accounts, the new multi-account management feature lets you access multiple AdWords accounts with a single login. You can quickly switch between accounts and invite new users.
Now with a single click, you can add users to your account. Once a user receive the invitation, “they can start accessing your account right away,” writes google. “No email confirmation required.”
Additionally, with this simplified way, you can now associate up to 5 AdWords accounts (including manager accounts) to a single email address.
Google recommend using “manager accounts” to those “managing more than 5 accounts,” as well as those who want to “monitor performance,” or “track conversions across accounts.”
Furthermore, Google notes, those who have multiple businesses with “separate AdWords accounts,” now can use “account switcher” to access all of their accounts. “Simply link the email addresses associated with each account using the “Add Account” button.”
According to support page, there will be a new “Manage AdWords accounts” option to choose from on the drop-down menu when you click your customer ID/email in the upper right corner in AdWords. You’ll then see a list of accounts associated with that email login and add new ones.
Also, keep in mind that account names are visible to any client or manager account user who has access to them. If you are worried about the privacy, Google says, your “account data and settings will remain separate” even when you navigate between multiple AdWords accounts with a single login.?
