The new experience sporting a sleek intuitive interface, aims to help users focus on writing catchy headline as it introducing more text and font options.
Also, a new reading view that removes distractions and noise from the page.
A clean new design with full-width editor let you fully immerse yourself in your writing.
You can now enrich your articles by easily adding, move and resizing multimedia with “in-line images, videos, slides, podcasts,” and more. Just click on the Add Multimedia icon to get started.
With these rich engaging multimedia now added will help readers in exploring your content in a more engaging way.
In addition, users now can use the power of tagging, with LinkedIn now letting you add hashtags to an article before they’re published. This new distribution system help surface your articles on LinkedIn, thereby making it easier for professionals to easily discover and search your content in the Feed.
Hashtags are currently only searchable on mobile. But, desktop will be getting them very soon.
The new desktop publishing experience is rolled out in the U.S. for now, while the international roll out happenig soon after.
