iPhone 3G firmware updated “fixes” yellow-tinted screens

While early iPhone 3G adopters reported that their new phone’s display is much warmer, or yellow-tinted, compared to the displays of the original iPhone. Apple gone on record to say that the tint is a deliberate choice to improve overall usability.
