After a report recently suggesting that Windows Blue would hit M2 before the final release, however a new report claims that Windows Blue will hit an Milestione Preview (MP) build which will be released to the public for testing before M2 and RTM.
In addition, Windows Blue will also comes with a newer version of Internet Explorer browser to be exactly dubbed as Internet Explorer 11 (IE11).
According to a Win8chine report “the IE11 is currently in the works and it could be included in the upcoming Windows Blue that’s expected to hit shelves this summer.”
Not other inforamation has been shared except the two new screenshots of Windows Blue and IE11 including a mockup screen showing concept of IE11:

Update 02/24: A new report today revealing that Windows Blue will be a free upgrade for Windows 8 and Windows RT users as against the originally stated that the Windows Blue upgrade was going to be paid.
In addition, the upcoming Windows will also support smaller and larger screens.
RTM will begin on June 7th, so we might see the preview in May, and the expected launch is in August of this year.
And, finally, Windows Blue will also delivered with significant search improvements that would try to make the most of the search charm currently available in Windows 8. The reports suggests that “Bing team togeather with Windows Blue division introducing a new search option that would allow users not only to look for specific files or content, but also to access these items as quickly as possible.”
