IM an Expert: Lync Instant Messaging Question-and-Answer Service

“IM an Expert is now a publicly available Lync instant messaging question-and-answer service that automatically connects participants with experts who can answer their questions. Users can opt-in, and then the service harnesses the database of experts to connect people together via IM.”
