For all streaming TV and Hulu fans, you’ve now got a new playlist feature and a navigation bar. Now you can create and share your own playlists. Simply click on the “+” symbol near a video on Hulu and select the “Add to playlist” option. From your profile view, you can browse all of your playlists, write descriptions, and also set your privacy preferences.
Once you’ve created your playlists, you can find them in the Browse menu, part of the improved Hulu navigation bar at the top of the site. Most of the things you’ll want to find on Hulu have been consolidated into “Browse”: Movies, TV Shows, Trailers, Genres, Playlists, and “Coming Soon.” Genres used to be called “Channels” on Hulu, but that was ambiguous and confusing, and the new name is a big improvement. “Coming Soon” is a fairly recent addition that lets you preview what’s going to be added to Hulu in the next week.
Along with the Browse menu, “Most Popular” and “Recently Added” menus will also help you find what you’re looking for.
