To help searchers continue with their past searches and pick up where they left off in Google Search, Google has introduced new “activity cards.”
Activity cards will show up at the top of Google Search results page for signed-in users.
The new search feature named “your related activity” may be triggered when searching for information on topics such as cooking, interior design, fashion, skincare and beauty, fitness, photography and more.
Here is GIF animation of new Google Search Activity Card:
When triggered, the activity cards will show links to previously visited pages, along with a carousel of past searches done by the user.
From there, users can click back to that topic or do a search to find new information on that topic.
To mark a page for later reference, users can touch and hold the link on the activity card to save them to a collection.
These saved collections can be accessed by tapping the menu located on the top left of the Search page, or on the mobile web, or through the bottom bar of the Google app.

Google says, users can customize what information they may like to appear in their activity cards — simply press an item to delete it, or tap on the three-dot icon (…) to “turn off:” the activity card itself.
For more options to customize your Search experience, you can access your full history and settings right in Search.
Activity cards are rolling out today for English-speaking users on both the mobile web and Google app in the United States.
