Google just announced the addition of the Google Custom Search Engine (CSE) feature to the Labs section of Webmaster Tools. “This allows you to change your basic configuration, including the list of sites to search, and get the new code without leaving Webmaster Tools,” revealed Google.
For those not aware, “CSE lets you search over one or more sites, customize the look and feel to match your site, and even make money with AdSense for Search.”
Those who have never created a CSE, just click on the “Custom Search” link in the Labs section and a code snippet of a default CSE that searches just your site will be created automactically. For more advanced settings you can always continue on to the full CSE control panel.
Once you’ve created your CSE, clicking the “Custom Search” link in Labs will allow you to manage your CSEs without leaving Webmaster Tools.

Google Wallet mobile app was launched on Sep 20 last month, on Sprint Nexus S 4G phones, that enables shoppers to pay for merchandise, redeem discounts and earn loyalty points with a single tap of their phone at checkout and save using your phone and near field communication (NFC).
Customers who shop with Google Wallet will receive 15-percent off their entire purchase.
Today, American Eagle Outfitters, has become one of the first Google SingleTap merchants – meaning that you can not only pay, but also redeem offers and earn loyalty points – all with a tap of a mobile phone, announced Artem Chetverykov, Product Marketing Manager, Google Wallet.
American Eagle Outfitters is available in selected American Eagle Outfitters, Aerie and 77kids stores in the Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Washington D.C., and New York areas.
If you’re in Times Square this month, drop by the American Eagle Outfitters flagship store. You might notice the large electronic billboard above the store that talks about a Google Wallet Tapping Spree.
Chetverykov said “For the rest of October, if you visit this store, you can borrow a phone with the Google Wallet app and go on a “tapping spree,” a concept promotion that allows you to pay and redeem offers with a tap of your phone.” Adding, “Look for surprise offers throughout the store as you fill your shopping cart, and when it’s time to checkout, simply enable the offer you like the most and tap the phone on the terminal to pay. You’ll not only receive the discount from your selected offer, but you’ll also receive an additional $10 towards your purchase in the form of an American Eagle Outfitters gift card,” he said.
