Google Assistant added to the Android smartwatch platform, Wear OS last year, already helping users to find answers and get things done while on the go, today, it become even more convenient as it refines the experience with more new useful key features, including smart responses, actions integration.
Among new functionalities that Wear OS by Google receiving is the “smart suggestions” that Google Assistant now offer after a query was asked—-Scroll a little and you will now see a list of contextually related suggestions — like follow-up questions or responses presented in a rounded bubble for users to select to continue the conversation.
When asked about the weather, responses now, include weather now, weather tonight, tomorrow and a tap on a suggestion will reveal the extended forecast for the weekend.

Google notes that is aimed at providing quick interactions, and similar to how Assistant works on phones with a carousel of suggestion chips at the bottom of every screen.
Another functionality gives an ability to the Assistan to speak replies to questions through either a paired Bluetooth headphone or from the built-in watch speaker. Say, while listening to music on your way to work, you asks Google Assistant “tell me about my day.” The Assistant now speak out some helpful information, like commute times and upcoming agenda, from your watch speaker or Bluetooth headphones.
The last big feature today is the integration of the Actions to Wear OS smartwatches. Starting today, over 1 million Actions support will be available with the Google Assistant for users to do things using their voice on all Wear OS by Google watches. Beyond voice replies, this includes the ability to display text on the display.
