Google is still the king of the search traffic. But the second largest source of traffic isn’t Yahoo!, Bing, or other search engine. It’s Facebook now.
According to a report on Online Video & The Media Industry by Tubemogul and Brightcove, Facebook passed Yahoo! in the Q3 to become the No. 2 source of traffic to online videos at media sites. In Q3, Facebook accounted 9.6% share of online video traffic. Google has 50% of the referring traffic coming from search.
