The Excel 2016 Get & Transform section on the Data ribbon which lets you access features based on Power Query technology today gets two new data transformation and connectivity features.
As part of an Office 365 subscription, these updates are an “Enhanced Web connector and an Enhanced CSV/Text connector.”
The web connector update now allow users to specify a Command Timeout value from the connector UX dialog. In the Web connector, “users can switch between Basic and Advanced modes.”
And, with enhanced CSV/Text connector users are now allowed to easily import data from Fixed-width delimited CSV and Text files. With this update, “users can now specify a list of positions to split by in the Preview dialog of the new CSV/Text import experience,” wrties office team.
These features are now available to Office 365 subscribers, and can be downloaded manually as well from File -> Account -> Update Options -> Enable Updates -> Update now.
Excel 2010 or Excel 2013 users, can also take advantage of these updates by downloading the latest Power Query for Excel add-in here.
A new Office for Windows 10 Mobile to the Insider Program version 17.7466 released with new features. To access these features, you need an Office 365 subscription.
The update is available for manual download through any Office Mobile app by going to File -> Feedback, tweeting to @OfficeInsider, or heading over to the Office Insider Community.

- Share an individual page with OneNote No need to share the whole notebook anymore. Send a viewing link to a single page of your choice and let others see it in a browser – no sign-in or app required. Currently available to limited number of Insiders.
- Table shading available in OneNote Give your tables a makeover by adding colorful shadings to cells, rows, or columns and make your tables easier to read.
