Bing Ads February release aims to help improve your campaign management experience with new targeting improvements and reporting updates.
The update emphasis around targeting and reporting to help optimize campaigns on the Yahoo! Bing Network.
Here is what is new?
Available in all markets for Web UI, Desktop Editor, API “Targeting Improvements”–Bing has now improved how Campaign and Ad Group targets work together to improve ad relevancy and delivery.
Bing notes that going forth, “both target settings will be considered.” “Please check your ad group settings and targeting options, and note any intended or unintended differences in chosen targets at your Campaign and Ad Group levels,” the Bing Ads team added.
“The changes affect your account only if you currently have different types of targeting selected at the Campaign and Ad Group levels, or if you have updated only specific aspects but not all elements at the ad group level. As a result of this change, you should experience more accurate execution of your targets, better relevancy to your selected audience, and therefore improved overall performance against your advertising objectives,” the team explains.
In addition, Bing Ads Intelligence is now available in the new Latin American and Western Europe markets. Customers in these markets now have access to the following Intelligence features:
- “Webpage Keywords
- Keyword Expansions (either Related Searches or Associated Keywords)
- Search-User Location
- Age Group & Gender
- Keyword Performance
- Bid Estimation,” informs Bing Ads team.
Finally, Keyword Research Tool has also been upgrade and expanded to Latin American and Western Europe markets.
