Glassdoor.com, a jobs and career site, recently unveiled their list of the top 50 employers, a list led by Facebook, Southwest Airlines, Bain & Company, General Mills and Edelman. The Seattle-based Slalom Consulting, cracked the top 25 of the national list. (It ranked 8th).
Glassdoor compiles its ratings through anonymous employee reviews and surveys. Its employer ratings above are based on a minimum of 25 reviews.
Glassdoor also compiled its annual ratings of the best and worst CEOs.
According to Glassdoor, Expedia, T-Mobile and Amazon.com ranked equally with an overall score of 3.2. Meanwhile, Microsoft and Avanade did slightly better with a score of 3.5.
Meanwhile, Slalom CEO Tony Rojas scored an impressive 86% approval rating. Amazon’s Jeff Bezos was a close second in Seattle high-tech with 85%, while Microsoft’ Steve Ballmer scored 49% approval rating.
