Facebook has slightly redesigned its SERP to make it more consistent and includes calls to action to like Pages and add people as friends.
In particular the left nav/filters have been updated to match the rest of the site.
By default it appears to post pages and users that match queries. Users can then navigate to other search areas including “Groups, People, Pages, Events, Applications” and the standard posts filters. Also of interest is that some of the new groups appear to be showing up in search results, at least those groups that users are members of.
