Create a Call Center App Using Microsoft UCAMa and Lync 2010

This video demo shows how to use the Microsoft Unified Communications Managed API (UCMA) 3.0 Core SDK, and the Microsoft Lync 2010 SDK to build a simple call center application.

The application answers a customer call, queries the customer for identity and reason for the call, transfers the call to an agent, and displays summary information about the customer on the agent’s desktop when they answer the call.
