Wrike makes you free from all this hectic task, by accumulating tasks and allowing all the people involved to make changes online. You simply record all necessary tasks in the system and others are instantly notified about it. Wrike is the winner of the Le Web 3 prize in start-ups competition on the December, 12. How it works:
1.Add [email protected] to the recipients of your next e-mail, and a task will be instantly created in Wrike. The recipients in the “To” field automatically become responsible for the task. The recipients in the “Cc and Bcc” fields will be aware of the task progress and are able to contribute to it as well.
2. Or alternatively, you can assign a task on the web. You can indicate the e-mail addresses of responsible parties and observers. They are instantly invited to the system and can work on the task online.
Wrike will keep track of the activity described in the body of your e-mail. Even if the recipients of the e-mail forget about the task, Wrike will remind (leads to Avoid reminding) them.
