Recurring Insertion Orders Now Available to Bing Ads Advertisers
Bing Ads’ advertisers can now keep their accounts running easily with the new recurring insertion orders (IOs) feature. The new functionality let advertisers create a series of IOs that will automatically renew based on a set time.
With recurring insertion orders (IOs) ability advertiser no longer have to create new insertion orders in the product on a regular basis to make sure their accounts stay live.
The new ability also provides them with a flexibility to manage IOs individually.
Bing Ads’ says recurring IOs is designed to fulfill the need in the search advertising.
“This is a need currently unmet in the search advertising space. Recurring insertion orders help facilitate your insertion order management and grant you the peace of mind to keep your accounts running with ease.”

Here are steps to create a recurring insertion order:
- In the Bing Ads’ account, navigate to “Accounts & Billing” page
- Then, click on the “Insertion Orders” tab
- Followed by a click on “Create order”
- Then select “insertion order” to open an order form
- Enter a recurring insertion order name
- Select a frequency (monthly, bimonthly, quarterly or yearly)
- And, also select a start and End date
- Enter the Budget amount.

After the recurring insertion order (IOs) series is being created, Bing Ads’ advertisers can easily see the details of their recurring IOs simply by adding columns for Series name, Frequency and Series status in the tab.
That’s not all, advertisers should need can also edit a recurring IO after it has been set. Bing Ads offers the flexibility to edit just one IO or the entire series.
