Microsoft’s Ask Support Lifecycle virtual chat (vChat) agent! is now launched, announced the software company’s support lifecycle blog.
“Launched in April 2011, vChat provides customers with quick answers to their frequently-asked questions about the Microsoft Support Lifecycle program. It also directs customers requiring additional information to other solutions and resources, such as Windows Online and Knowledge Base articles,” the team blog explains.
“vChat makes it easy for our customers to quickly find the answers to their common questions. It also reduces the need to search through the entire Support Lifecycle Site to locate applicable information,” the company’s support lifecycle blog.
“vChat simply guides users to the specific sections most relevant to their search — a one-stop shop! Also, if the question isn’t clear, the chatter-bot will provide useful resources that might help you find the answer you were looking for.”
“Another added benefit to vChat is that the more it is used, the more intelligent it gets. We get valuable insight into you are looking for and this helps drive relevant improvements to our Microsoft Support Lifecycle site,” the software company added.
