Google AdWords Express let advertisers choose goals while creating an ad that represents the main activity, that a potential customers is expected to complete after seeing an ad.
These goals help ads drive better results, like more in-store visits or calls were launched last year, includes “Call you business, Visit your business, and Take an action on your website.”
To help advertisers those choose calls as their goals make the most out of every call, today launched new “call notifications,” that help tracking all “missed calles,” as well as provide feedback on the calls received through AdWords Express.
Give Feedback And Get More Relevant Calls
Advertisers now when completes a customers’ phone call who have called in after seeing an ad on Google—will get notification from Google to give them the feedback on the call’s relevance. So, “AdWords Express can better target your ads to the right customers.”
To give feedback, simply click to “Yes” tell Google if the call was relevant to you. The screen shot below shows a call feedback notification:
Missed Call Notification
Google is also now making it easier for businesses to connect with every customer who calls their business after seeing theri AdWords Express ads. If for any reason you can’t pick up the call from a potential customer, now Google will push a notification so you can call them back.
Google says, they’ve notice that advertisers miss almost one in five calls they get from their customers. Now, advertisers can easily call their potential customer back, “right from the notification screen.”

In order to get call notifications, you need the AdWords Express mobile app, simple download the app on your Android and iOS device, and then go to the Settings and opt-in for Account updates. Once done, you will soon start receiving helpful alerts about the calls you have missed from your AdWords Express ads.
