Bing Ads improves ad extension management with the new “account level association for extensions” feature announced on Tuesday, that allows advertisers to add or edit ad extensions at the account level under All Campaigns set-up.
With this feature, you not only save time, but it also provide consistency across advertising platforms, as associating extensions at the account level “automatically apply your extensions to all existing and new campaigns,” there by improving CTR of their ads.
This update applies to all ad extensions, except for those call extensions and sitelinks, which are not yet upgraded to new sitelink experience.
To create account-level extensions, you just need to chooseg “All Campaigns” in the left navigation bar, and then selecting Account within the Ad Extension tab. Bing, notes, account level association settings will be ignored “if campaign/ad group settings are specified.”

After this update, Bing allows associating up to 20 extensions at the account level, except for Image extensions, where the limit is 6.
Advertisers can access account level association for extensions, today through the Bing Ads UI, Google Import, Bing Ads API and Bulk Upload.
The roll out will take place over next few weeks to reach all Bing global markets.
