Just in time for the holidays, Instagram is helping people discover easier than ever all of their holiday shopping needs, with more new ways to shop on its social platform.
The three new updates launched today joining the September expansion of Shopping on Instagram that introduced product stickers in Stories and a new shopping channel in Explore.

Here are the highlights of the new ways to discover new products, shop from brands on Instagram:
Save to Shopping collection
This feature will let people save items they, come across so they can come back to it later.
To save an item to Shopping collection, right in the Stories or Feed, just tap a product tag and then click on the “Save” icon located in the right corner of the bottom.
The item once saved into Shopping collection, it can be accessed from the profile.

Shop from Business Profiles
This feature currently in the test can help people quickly see all products that are featured in their shopping posts using the redesigned “Shop” tab on business profiles.
A single tap on the “Shop” button from the business profile will show product details including item name, price, as well as the shopping post featuring the item.

Shopping in Feed Videos
Instagram now allows shopping directly from the brand’s videos in the Feed that people follow.
Now, when a video is displayed in the Feed, a tap on the “shopping” icon in the bottom left corner will show all featured products.
