Microsoft Australia has launched a new online campaign aimed at prompting Internet Explorer 6 users to upgrade to Internet Explorer 8 with an interesting choice of analogy, milk. “When IE6 was launched in 2001, it offered cutting–edge security – for the time. Since then, Internet has evolved and security features of IE6 have become outdated. With the latest state–of–the–art security features, IE8 is designed to cope with today's modern cyber crime. In fact, research studies prove it.” Now we just need a similar campaign for Windows XP.
