Microsoft and the Windows Phone 7 team released the final Windows Phone 7 developer tools. "App built with previous version will fail app certification in Marketplace. When you submit app, it take about five days to pass or fail certification, you can check the status at any time at developer portal. WinP7 tool includes Visual Studio 2010 Express for WinP, Windows Phone Emulator, Expression Blend 4 for WinP, XNA Game Studio 4.0, and Bing Maps software development kit (SDK) control.
