Creators Update rolls out as a free update to Windows 10 customers around the world begining on Tuesday. The new features that's included are:

A new Paint 3D app nd access to an online creative community at Remix3D.com. The new app allows you to create or modify 3D objects, or turn 2D images into 3D works of art.

While with Remix3D.com, connect you with other creators, find new ideas, and get instant access to a library of 3D objects to customize, remix, and share with the creative community.

Built-in game broadcasting now lets you effortlessly stream gameplay using the Game Bar—just hit Windows key + G, click Broadcast, and start streaming on Beam—all without the need for additional log-ins.

New Gaming section identified with Xbox logo in the System Settings adds four options: Game bar, GameDVR, broadcasting, and Game Mode. Game Mode may be easily turned on and off for specific games using the Game bar (Windows key + G).

Game Mode also works for both Win32 and UWP games.

More than 80 of the most popular PC games are now supported by Game bar in full-screen mode. In the new Gaming section of Windows Settings, just look for "Game bar," and make sure the "Show Game bar when I play full-screen games Microsoft has verified" setting is checked.

Microsoft Edge gets even better and is faster than Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, offers longer battery life while browsing of streams videos.

The new suite of tab management features including:

  • Tab preview bar that allows you to easily glance at a visual preview of every tab you have open without leaving the page you're on. You can scroll through the list with touch, mouse wheel or a touchpad.

  • Edge also has new extensions, a new bookstore and reading experience in Windows 10 Creators Update and will also bring additional extensions including Ebates, Intel TrueKey, Read & Write, Ghostery, and RoboForm, among others.
  • Tap the pen or highlighter in Web Note, and you'll now see the full set of Windows Ink colors.

  • When using "Hey Cortana" in unlocked and idle mode, you'll get a full-screen experience optimized for viewing from afar. Give it a try by enabling "Hey Cortana", and then wait for about 10 seconds or so without touching your PC (available in all Cortana markets).

    • Night light feature lets you now lower the amount of blue light emitted from your PC at night. Go to Settings to turn this functionality on or off in Settings > System > Display.

    You can get the Creators Update build 15063 version 1703 in a few different ways—on your Windows 10 PC, just enable automatic updates, it'll get delivered to you when it's ready.

    Advanced user can get the update manually, to do so, simply visit Microsoft's 'Download Windows 10' page, and hit the 'Update now' button—a 6MB 'Update Assistant' tool will downlod and walks you through the upgrade process, from your current version of Windows 10 to Creators Update.

    Those, who want to do a clean install of Creators Update, may use the Media Creation Tool to download the version of Windows 10 that they need.

    The Windows 10 Mobile Creators Update will begin rolling out on April 25. The update availability, however, may vary by "manufacturer, model, country or region, mobile operator or service provider, specific installed software, hardware limitations" and other factors such as feedback from customers, says John Cable.

    • Addressed issues with updated time zone information.
    • Security updates to Scripting Engine, libjpeg image-processing library, Hyper-V, Windows kernel-mode drivers, Adobe Type Manager Font Driver, Internet Explorer, Graphics Component, Active Directory Federation Services, .NET Framework, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, Microsoft Edge and Windows OLE.

    Windows 10 Anniversary Update build 14393.1066 and 14393.1083 are also now available:

    • Addressed issue that was preventing the Camera application from saving a captured image when "Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on Start or the taskbar" settings is enabled.
    • Improved the Host Network Service (HNS) to support an overlay network driver for use on Windows Server 2016 to connect containers across hosts using Docker Engine in Swarm Mode.
    • Addressed issue that was not allowing users to access online help content when clicking the help icon in various Windows applications, such as File Explorer.
    • Addressed issue where displays turn off unexpectedly even when Turn off display and Screen saver are disabled in the power profile.
    • Addressed an issue where CredentialGuard-enabled computers joined to Active Directory domains submit two bad logon attempts each time a bad password is provided during a Kerberos-based logon. Logons to Active Directory domains with arbitrarily low account lockout thresholds may be subject to unexpected account lockouts.
