At the webOS CONNECT event in London, HP released the webOS 3.0 Beta (with Enyo support, natch).

Right now, the webOS 3.0 beta is only available to Early Access developers, so you'll need to sign up in order to get access.

HP says that, only Early Access developers will be able to download the SDK - but from what we hear from plenty of developers it's not difficult to get into the program, so hopefully more devs will get on board and those of you who are planning to buy a TouchPad in the next couple months will have plenty of slick webOS 3.0 apps to install on your new tablet.

HP will have more details soon enough on a new developer portal they're putting up at http://developer.hpwebos.com/.
