Yahoo! promised to continue developing new experiences in its search experience. That’s expected to be one of the focuses of “Yahoo! Product Runway,” an event that held at the company’s Sunnyvale campus.
Some updates coming this fall include:
- Yahoo! Mail experience with more performance and speed
- Yahoo! Search experiences with rich, immersive results that keep you in loop on news and entertainment topics
- Twitter integration on Yahoo! let you link your accounts so you can view and share updates
- Yahoo! app for iPad and other tablets to deliver personally relevant news, information, and essentials like weather, commute updates, and more
- Customized Content Ads with creative formats that leverage an advertiser’s robust content and enable social sharing
- Connected TV partnerships that provide consumers video-on-demand content sources, social networks, games, music, shopping, and more — all while watching TV
