Google at its headquarters in Mountain View, California hosted "AdWords Communities Global Summit 2012" on October 16-17th that brought together over 50 of the most prolific contributors to the AdWords Communities from 20 countries.
The company today posted the videos of the sessions -- the first session, discussed the progress that AdWords customer support has made in the past year in helping to make Google a better company for Small-Medium Businesses (SMBs) to do business with.
Ssecond session, a panel of members of Google's SMB team discussed opportunities to use technology to make customer support more streamlined and customized, as well as emerging advertising opportunities in mobile, video, and social.
Google also posted the latest SMB Newbie Hangouts on Air, that talked about how businesses can expand their video reach by keeping their targeting groups broad and separated by targeting type.
Also discussed during the hangouts was different video ad formats, which ad formats align with different business goals, and the benefits of linking your YouTube and AdWords accounts.

Google also revealed that DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP) now runs billions and billions of ad impressions a day across tens of thousands of publisher sites, from niche blogs to the largest names on the web.
