Twitter said that starting today, you'll now be able to use Twitter in Russian and Turkish. "We added these two languages to our Translation Center about two months ago. Thanks to the fast, high-quality work of our translators, both languages are now available on twitter.com and mobile.twitter.com," stated Twitter.
You can change your language from the settings page on twitter.com. Once you set your language to Russian or Turkish, you will be able to browse your interests and find interesting Russian and Turkish accounts to follow.
