Modern team site publishing pages are easily created in browser or or from within the SharePoint app, when you click New within a SharePoint Online team site.

SharePoint pages are built with web parts, and support customization. Users can click the + sign and pick a web part from toolbox to add documents, videos, images, site activities, Yammer feeds and more.

And, using new "highlighted content" web part you can set criteria, which will dynamically populate your specific content in that area of the page.

Also, with SharePoint Framework, developers can build custom web parts that shows up right in the toolbox.

With each team site, a new Office 365 group would also be created. Each new Groups will automatically get a modern SharePoint team site in addition to a shared inbox, calendar, OneNote Notebook and a task management planner.

You can see members of the site, if the site is listed as public or private.

In addition, all existing Office 365 groups will be updated with their own team site. Each group gets a modern home page as well—with the ability to create additional pages—document libraries, lists and business apps.

With that, Groups members within the team site will have access to features such as a Home page, Quick links, and a list of recent Activities.

The Activity section surfaces recent actions on files, lists, pages and more.

Team site also includes all updates made to SharePoint including modern lists and support for Microsoft Flow and PowerApps, modern document libraries and updated site contents page.

Finally, managing modern team sites also now aligns with Office 365 Groups administration. However, some site administration tasks like [storage quota or ability to adhere to a custom site provisioning experience if desired], still rely on SharePoint Online admin center.

The enhancements will begin rolling out to Office 365 First Release customers next week.
