Share Videos with Google Photos; Google Trips Personalized Pocket Tour Guide

Google Trips shows you a variety of day plans featuring the most popular daily itineraries. New Google Photos offer way to share photos and videos, and all-new movies.

Now, with Google Photos, you can pick the photos, tap "share" and select the people you want to share with.

Once you've shared , those who are on Google Photos, will now get a notification. And, if you shared via phone number, receipents will get a share link to the photos and videos via SMS, google says.

Additonally, if you share using email addresses, an email with Google Photos link will be sent to the receipents.

Google Photos's automatic creations that made movies from the recently uploaded photos is stepping further with new movies that are based on creative concepts. "The kinds of movies you might make yourself, if you just had the time," google said. And they're not only limited to your most recent uploads.

These updates are rolling out today across Android, iOS, and the web.

In addition, Google Trips, a new mobile app, brings a personalized tour guide in your pocket, help you instantly plan each day of your trip with just a few taps.

With Google Trips, "all your travel reservations are automatically gathered from Gmail and organized for you into individual trips, so you don't have to search and dig up those emails," google writes. "Each trip contains key categories of information, including day plans, reservations, things to do, food & drink, and more, so you have everything you need at your fingertips."

Here's how to use Google Trips:

First up, you can choose your own adventure from around top 200 cities in the world. Google Trips shows variety of day plans featuring most popular daily itineraries, which are based on historic visits by other travelers. The plans are automatically assembled from the most popular sights, attractions, and local.

Second, you can also build your day around places you want to visit by just pressing the "+" button "in the day plans tile to jump into a map view containing all the top attractions in your destination," google says.

If you're time constrained, "you can specify you schedule for "morning" or "afternoon," versus a "full day" above the map. Then simply tap and pin the location to build your itinerary around it. Google Trips automatically fills in the day for you," explains Google.

Just tap the "magic wand" button for more nearby sights.

Additionally, you can pin new spots you like, and with each tap of the "magic wand" you can instantly add new itinerary with updated nearby attractions, added google.

The entire app is available offline — simply tap the "Download" button under each trip to save it to your Android and iOS phone. You will find within the reservations tile, even without WiFi.
