Two Kidder Mathews senior vice presidents, Bill Neil and Chris Moe, put together a map pinpointing the many companies located in Seattle's burgeoning South Lake Union neighborhood these days, reports Jeanne Lang Jones.
The area has mostly attracted life sciences and research organizations, as well as non-profits, including The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, in addition to Amazon's massive new headquarters.
"Many of our clients," Neil wrote in an email, "are surprised at how quickly the South Lake Union/Denny Triangle has become the area of choice for technology-related firms."
