Premium features for subscribers of Office 365 Home and Office 365 who are using Outlook.com begin rolling out on Monday, includes a new ad-free inbox, enhanced malware and phishing protection, and larger mailbox sizes.

Outlook.com will now host accounts in a datacenter region that provides best fault tolerance, load balancing, and performance advantages. Historically, the locations are determined by the country of residence selected while creating an account.

Going forward, the datacenters are determined while creating a account automatically, so, when a account is setup from the U.S., your email will be stored in the U.S.

Also, going forward, any previously created account when relocate their residence, the service will automatically determine this change over a period of time and will move the account to closer datacenters.

Lastly, Microsoft introducing new ways to work in Microsoft Project by integrating it with Microsoft Planner, so you can connect Project tasks to a Planner plan and track detailed work in Planner.
