New Windows Vista Build Ready to Drop

Microsoft is slated to make available to a selected group of testers a new build of Windows Vista this week. This isn't the mega-Community-Technology-Preview (CTP) release that originally was expected in April. Build 5365 is a much more modest interim build that will include a number of interface tweaks, performance tuning and other sundry enhancements. Microsoft says it is still on track for the consumer CTP to hit in the second quarter. Microsoft watchers are expected that build to hit next month.
