The Windows Mobile Developer Center gets updations. First of all you'll notice there are 4 big boxes delivering the latest articles per category:

Beside those boxes, on the top right, you'll find “Getting Started with Windows Mobile”. There you will find everything you need to get started such as tutorials, documentation and tools. Where would we be without those! Right beneath that there's a section that rotates through a group of Mobile MVPs and a section where Events get displayed.

Also on the renewed site, below those 4 boxes, you'll find the latest Mobile Team's blog post displayed in full and a box with excerpts of the latest blog posts by Jim Wilson, Loke Uei, Rob Tiffany, Visual Studio for Devices, the NETCF team, the SQL Server Compact team and others to keep you up to date with the latest developments in the Windows Mobile community.

That's quite a bit of information on one, easy to navigate, page! If you still can't find what you are looking for and need some expert help you can search/ask on one of the Windows Mobile Forums, which also have a dedicated section at the bottom of the renewed Windows Mobile Developer Center.
