My views on Symantec’s Norton Internet Security 2009, and Norton 360

Until now, Symantec’s Norton Antivirus acquired a reputation for being one of the more bloated packages out there. After a very long time, I decided to go ahead and test Norton Internet Security 2009 (NIS) and Norton 360 on my Lenovo Ideapad S10 Netbook running Windows 7 Ultimate. Symantec’s NIS and Nortorn 360 are all-in-one security applications, that includes: Firewall, Antivirus, Antispyware, Identity Protection, Browser Protection. In addition, 360 also includes: complete backup and restore of your system, and PC tuneup utilities like: startup manager, registry cleaner, cache delete etc.
