At this year’s 20th Annual Miami Yacht & Brokerage Show, various new yachts were announced, including those from Lazzara Yachts. While the Microsoft Surface played a role at the show with some applications that helped customers configure their own unique Lazzara Yacht in June it will also have a place on the boat itself, providing a variety of entertainment, media, trip planning, and ship control capabilities. The Surface applications were developed by Infusion Development, the same company that developed the software for keeping an eye on security at the SuperBowl.

“With the Surface technology on the yacht, owners will be able to research the various ports of call they are traveling to and find out about activities, events, restaurants, [and] services in those locations,” Rich Lazzara.
