At the RSA Conference Europe 2010 in London, Microsoft shared evidence from the latest Microsoft Security Intelligence Report (SIRv9) that provides intelligence on the extent to which botnets have become a pivotal method for committing crime online.

"Volume 9 of the Microsoft Security Intelligence Report provides an in-depth perspective on malicious and potentially unwanted software, software exploits, security breaches and software vulnerabilities (both in Microsoft software and in third-party software).
