Nokia UK posted a new YouTube video, celebrating the release of the Pink/Magenta Lumia 800, which is clearly targeted at women.
“The much-anticipated Nokia with Windows Phone. View all your texts and chats in one seamless conversation. Take, tag and upload photos to Facebook in seconds, and browse the web like you’re on a PC. Find your way with satnav that even works without a signal. Nokia LUMIA 800 makes the everyday amazing,” reads the video description.
However the video does not take this theme very far, as towards the end, the video defaults to the standard version of the ad.
In other, smartphone news, a couple of photos appeared on the web claiming to new Samsung Android phone or Samsung Galaxy s III.
Samsung aficionado Eldar Murtazin tweeted what he claimed was a leaked press image showing a new Samsung handset. The image didn’t go well with the Android Coomunity who termed the image as fake, still however.
Another set of Samsung handset images leaked from XDA.cn, however doesn’t reveal much, execept that the device carries a Samsung branding with a curvaceous shape of the handset.
XDA.cn claims it as the Galaxy S III, but the three large media-control hardware buttons below the screen (note the play/pause button in the centre) indicates this as a new dedicated media player device rather than a phone.
Check the images below: (first images are from Murtazin and rest all from XDA.cn):
